A sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, Kate Putnam earned a bachelor's in business management and operations from the University of New Hampshire, where she rowed on the Women's Crew team and served as a Special Olympics volunteer. Kate Putnam began her career as a premium auditor with Breckenridge Grand Vacations and was subsequently promoted to marketing manager. In her eight years with the company, she was a 10-time Employee of the Month. She received the American Resort Development Association Operational Support Staff Award in 2007. 

Upon leaving Breckenridge in 2011, Kate Putnam joined Summit Property Management, where she served as general manager for the White Rock Senior Living Community. She has since utilized her expertise in sales and marketing in roles with Attitash Grand Summit Hotel and ServiceChannel. In April 2017, Putnam joined FS Industries as the marketing director, responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and programs for the subsidiary of China's top producer of refrigeration controls. 

In addition to her professional pursuits, she is a former co-vice president of the Women's Club of Concord and was named the city's Young Professional of the Month in April 2013. Kate Putnam presently serves on the Memorial Hospital Foundation Gala Planning Committee and is president-elect of the North Conway Rotary.
